Returns
You have the right to return your purchased item within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and packed in its original packaging.

Please note that due to our eco-friendly approach, returns are shipped internationally. Therefore:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for lost packages.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to complete the refund.
